What each part of ztrack collects, in plain factual language.
The CLI
The ztrack command-line tool runs entirely on your machine. It makes no network calls except the ones you invoke yourself — e.g. ztrack sync github talking to your own git remote and GitHub via the gh CLI or a token you supply. There is no telemetry, no phone-home, and no usage data sent anywhere by the CLI itself.
This website
ztrack.dev uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page analytics. Per Vercel's documentation, Web Analytics stores anonymized data and does not use cookies — visitors are identified by a daily-rotating hash rather than tracked individually. We use it to see which pages are visited; we do not use it to identify you personally.
Startup Pilot form
The Startup Pilot application (/startup-pilot.html) embeds a form hosted by Tally (tally.so). Anything you submit — name, email, company details, and whatever else the form asks — is processed and stored by Tally on our behalf. We use it only to contact you about the pilot; we do not sell it or use it for anything else. To have your submission deleted, reach out via the contact below.
